Return Policy
Can I return my order? Yes, you can. If you are not satisfied with the items you ordered, you may return them within 30 days of receipt. For a return to be accepted, the order must meet all of the following conditions:

C. Lost or Misplaced Orders Policy

If the tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received the package, first check with neighbors, family members, your mailbox, or the building’s front desk.
A signed statement or additional confirmation of non-receipt may be requested to assist with the investigation process.
If the carrier officially confirms the loss, we will offer a free reshipment.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the delivery address entered at the time of purchase is complete and correct. Address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order. If tracking confirms successful delivery to the provided address, we are not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or misplaced after delivery.
