Our 30-day return promise
You may return your order within 30 days of receiving it. Please note
that returns are not free: unless the item is faulty, damaged in transit
or not what you ordered, the return postage is paid by you.
What we can accept
Items must be in their original condition, with all parts and packaging,
showing only the signs of normal inspection — such as trying an item on.
We cannot accept items with damage caused by negligence or misuse, and
we may refuse a return that shows use or damage not attributable to us.
If a return is refused, the items are shipped back to you and the cost
of that shipment is paid by you.
For hygiene reasons, earrings, underwear and swimwear cannot be
returned. This does not affect your rights if an item arrives faulty.
We do not charge a restocking fee.
How to start a return
Email support@bellataylor-newyork.com within 30 days of delivery with:
your order number, the reason for the return, a photo if the item is
damaged, and your full name and address. We reply within 24 hours with
the return instructions and the correct return address.
Returns are shipped to our international warehouse and the cost of the
return shipment is paid by you. Both your return request and the return
address must be obtained through our customer service email,
support@bellataylor-newyork.com.
Important: do not send your return to the sender's address printed on
the parcel, and do not use the address shown in our Legal Notice — that
is our registered office, not a returns address. Please use only the
return address we give you.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If an item arrives faulty, damaged in transit, or is not what you
ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and
a photo of the item and its packaging. We will arrange a replacement or
a full refund and we cover all shipping costs. You never pay to return
something that was our mistake.
Cancelling an order
Orders are usually processed within 1 to 2 business days. You can cancel
at any time before your order is dispatched — email us with your order
number and we will refund you in full. Once an order is in transit it
can no longer be cancelled, but you can still return it under the 30-day
policy above.
Your refund
Once your return reaches us, we inspect it and issue your refund within
7 to 10 business days, using the same payment method you paid with. Your
bank or card issuer may take a few additional days to show it in your
account.
Shipping is free on all orders, so there is no original shipping cost to
refund. Please keep your proof of return shipment until your refund
appears.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. The fastest way to get a different
size or colour is to return the item for a refund and place a new order.
