Last updated: 5 July, 2026
DMSam Group LLC operates Bella Taylor - New York (bellataylor-newyork.com),
including all related information, features, products and services (the
"Services"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use and disclose
your personal information when you use the Services or communicate with us.
Bella Taylor - New York is a trading name of DMSam Group LLC, a limited
liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, USA (Company No.
102921016), with a registered office at 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan,

described in this policy. Bella Taylor - New York is powered by Shopify.
PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Contact details — your name, billing address, shipping address, phone
number and email address.
Payment information — we do not receive or store your full payment card
number. Payments are processed by our payment providers, who share with us
only limited transaction details such as the payment method, the last four
digits of the card and the billing address.
Account information — username, password, preferences and settings, if you
create an account.
Transaction information — the items you view, add to your cart, purchase,
return or cancel.
Communications — what you share with us when you contact customer service.
Device and usage data — your device, browser, IP address and how you
interact with the Services.
HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
To provide and improve the Services — fulfil your orders, process payments,
manage your account, organize shipments, handle returns and personalize
your experience.
Marketing — to send you promotional messages by email and to show you
online advertising based on your activity. You can unsubscribe at any
time.
Security and fraud prevention — to verify accounts and to detect and
prevent fraudulent activity.
Communication and legal reasons — to provide customer support and to comply
with applicable law.
HOW WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION
We share personal information with:
Shopify, which hosts the Services and processes data to provide and improve
them. You can read Shopify's consumer privacy policy at privacy.shopify.com.
Our suppliers, fulfilment partners and carriers, so that your order can be
produced, packed and delivered to you.
Service providers who work on our behalf — IT, payments, analytics,
customer support, storage and order processing.
Marketing and advertising partners, so that we can reach you with relevant
offers.
Authorities or third parties where we are required to do so by law, or to
protect our rights or the safety of others.
We do not sell your personal information for money.
COOKIES AND TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep your shopping cart working,
remember your preferences, measure how the Services are used and show
advertising that is relevant to you. These include cookies set by Shopify,
by our analytics providers and by advertising partners. You can block or
delete cookies in your browser settings; if you do, parts of the Services
may not work as intended.
WHERE YOUR INFORMATION GOES
Our orders are fulfilled by manufacturing and shipping partners located
outside the United States. To deliver your order we share the information
needed for shipping — your name, delivery address, phone number and order
details — with those partners and with the carriers handling your parcel.
We require them to use that information only to fulfil your order.
Some of our service providers process information in countries other than
your own. Where that happens, we rely on contractual and other recognized
safeguards to protect your information.
HOW LONG WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION
We keep your personal information for as long as we need it to provide the
Services and, after that, for as long as necessary to comply with our legal,
accounting and tax obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.
Order and transaction records are normally kept for 7 years.
YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS IN THE UNITED STATES
Depending on the state you live in — including California, Colorado,
Connecticut, Virginia and others — you may have the right to know what
personal information we collect and how we use it, to request a copy of it,
to ask us to correct or delete it, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of
your personal information for targeted advertising.
We do not sell your personal information for money. However, like most
online stores, we use advertising and analytics cookies that may count as
"sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law.
To opt out, or to exercise any of these rights, email us at
support@bellataylor-newyork.com with the subject line "Privacy Request", or
write to us at the address below. You can also limit interest-based
advertising through your browser settings.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights. We
may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, and we will
respond within the time limits set by applicable law. If we decline your
request, you may appeal by replying to our decision and we will review it.
CHILDREN'S INFORMATION
The Services are not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect
personal information from children under 13, and we do not knowingly sell
or share the personal information of anyone under 16. If you believe that a
child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we
will delete it.
SECURITY
We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information, including
encrypted connections for payments and restricted access to our systems.
However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure and we
cannot guarantee absolute security.
CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in
our practices or for legal reasons. When we do, we will update the date at
the top of this page.
